Brian Zajak, aka Fejká began his musical career at the age of 17. Torn between the the dreamy soft atmosphere of ambientmusic, and the hard punchy vibe of techno, Fejká couldn’t decide which direction his music production would take. “Day/Night, Dream/Dance, Slow/Fast – music was always split into two worlds for me” he says. Thus, he decided to experiment with both.
Born and raised in a small town, Fejká’s early musical influences were diverse and eclectic, ranging from classical and jazz to electronic and world music. This broad range of inspirations shines through in his music, as he effortlessly combines organic elements with electronic textures, creating a sonic tapestry that is both immersive and emotionally resonant.
Fejká’s artistic vision is characterized by his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to craft deeply evocative atmospheres. His compositions are often introspective and introspective, inviting listeners on a transformative sonic voyage. Whether it’s the ethereal melodies floating over pulsating beats or the delicate interplay of textures, Fejká’s music transports listeners to a realm where time stands still, and emotions are laid bare.
With his debut EP, “Twilight,” released in 2014, Fejká made an indelible mark on the electronic music landscape. The EP garnered critical acclaim for its innovative soundscapes and its ability to seamlessly blend elements of ambient, downtempo, and electronica. Tracks like “Svanur” and “Memories” showcased Fejká’s ability to evoke a wide range of emotions through his music, leaving a lasting impression on listeners worldwide.
