ABOUT

Since the start of his career, Daithi has been known as an Irish fiddle player using electronics to boost traditional Irish music into something unique and different. Before even releasing a record, Daithí was supporting Santigold, The XX, Macklemore and DJ Shadow on Irish dates across the country. Synthesising his influences from UK garage, house and traditional Irish music, he presented a 10-track album In Flight in 2013. After receiving a lot of airplay, Daithi entered the Irish charts with his debut and Choice-nominated single “Chameleon Life” featuring the incredible Raye on singing duties. Daithi’s producing career was mentored by Ian Ring (Young Wonder, Talos) and he made his name as the ‘go-to’ man to remake songs for the dance floor for the likes of Fight Like Apes, All Tvvins and Original Rudeboys.
